The Rush Hour - Charlotte, NC
Charlotte NC, looking great on a cloudy night. At rush hour, the bridge where I was perched to grab this shot, was bouncing and bumping, making a good exposure next to impossible, but the right break came along and I got what I was looking for. Charlotte is a fantastic southern city.
